• What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs all depend on the amount, and weight of items you are purchasing. You can add items to your cart and proceed to check out to see what the possible charges and options may be. Orders over GHS 700.00 ship free if you’re in Accra only  . The cost of shipping varies for International orders.

• How do I cancel my order?

SOHERGH.COM processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you ‘complete purchase’. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately via email at INFO@SOHERGH.COM

Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has been not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund.
Orders with a tracking number are considered shipped and cannot be cancelled.

• When do items get shipped out of your warehouse?

Orders are shipped out by the next business day. We do not ship on observed national Holidays. Items are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

• How can I add to or change something on my order?

We are unable to modify orders once they are placed. However you may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately via email at info@sohergh.com or WhatsApp 0500675444. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund. Orders with a tracking number are considered shipped and cannot be cancelled
