The Following are the GENERAL terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy 

1. All orders are processed within 24hrs except during busy sale days, however delivery times will always be communicated!
2. International Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 
4. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 
5. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SOHERGH.COM ships to addresses worldwide 

Delivery of items within Accra and Kumasi takes 1 to 2 days . Delivery to other regions in Ghana can either be made by FEDEX or sent through a bus station upon request of the customer . It usually takes 1-3 days.

International orders are shipped by DHL Express Shipping. Shipping via DHL takes  5-7 working days .

You will receive a phone call from our courier once package is ready to be delivered . Failure to respond to local couriers may RESULT IN A DELAYED DELIVERY
